BBS / AUTOMATIC SUPPLY FROM BULK BAGS
From BigBag
to the batch.
Use ingredients delivered in BigBags without preparing every batch by hand. NIO stations hold and empty the bag, then feed its contents into pneumatic conveying. Patriq connects that ingredient supply to your recipes and production destinations.

LESS HANDLING BETWEEN STORAGE AND PRODUCTION
Buy in bulk bags.
Feed production automatically.
BigBag stations are useful when you buy more than individual bags can conveniently supply, but a silo is not the right fit. They can handle suitable flours, seeds and baking ingredients, with discharge and conveying selected for the material.
An integrated lifting frame can pick up the bag from a Euro pallet and position it in the station. Forklift loading is another option. We match the station to your bag size and the handling equipment already used in your bakery.
Once connected, the bag becomes a supply point for production. Vibration and a flexible discharge cone help the material move towards the outlet; a rotary feeder transfers it into the conveying pipe. Ingredients reach the weighing point through the line instead of being carried there batch by batch.
MAKE REPLENISHMENT PART OF THE PROCESS
Use the loading method that fits.
The bag change should work with your everyday material movements. We consider bag dimensions, lifting height and the route from storage together, so the station fits how your team replenishes ingredients.
Help difficult ingredients discharge.
Flour and seeds do not empty in the same way. Vibration assistance and the discharge arrangement are selected for flow behaviour and the tendency to form bridges, helping the ingredient reach the feeder rather than remain in the bag.
Supply the weighing point.
The BBS.20 can join a suction or pressure conveying system. We plan the line around the ingredient, route and required supply rate. An HWP weighing hopper receives the material where the batch is prepared.
Bags of flour or grain?
A BagDump bag emptying station brings smaller bags into the same automatic supply process. Aeration and vibration support discharge into the conveying line. It can feed production directly or replenish suitable storage for bulk and medium-volume ingredients, as well as small-ingredient systems.
BBS.20 / SELECTION AT A GLANCE
Built around the ingredient.
Connected to its destination.
Start with the ingredients, their bag sizes and the production points they need to reach. Those choices establish the loading arrangement and conveying connections. Station capacity and dimensions follow the selected model.
For an existing plant, we also assess which conveying lines and controls can stay. A new supply station can extend your ingredient range without replacing equipment that still meets the production need.

BIGBAG AND BAG EMPTYING STATIONS
- BigBag stations in production — Several ingredient stations stand side by side, each with its own lifting frame.
- BBS.20 frame and discharge — The lifting frame positions the BigBag above the discharge cone and rotary feeder.
- BagDump bag emptying station — Ingredients from smaller bags enter pneumatic conveying through the BagDump station.
ONE RECIPE WORKFLOW WITH PATRIQ
Replenish the station.
Patriq handles the recipe.
Patriq requests the required ingredient quantity and coordinates its route to the right destination. Automatic additions and guided hand weighing remain part of one batch, so operators do not have to piece together separate machine processes.
Where stations share a conveying route, Patriq coordinates their use. Connected scales return the actual quantities for the batch record, giving you a view of what was dosed as well as what the recipe requested.
NIO integrates equipment from all brands. We retain suitable machinery and replace electrical panels only when needed. Bring us your ingredient list and a view of the existing plant; we will work out how the new supply station can join it.
