SFI / MODULAR INDOOR SILOS

Silos that supply
your production.

When flour is needed throughout the day, storage should feed production without repeated bag handling. NIO SFI silos hold your bulk ingredients and supply the receiving stations that need them, with Patriq controlling the route from the recipe.

BULK INGREDIENTS, READY FOR THE NEXT BATCH

From bulk delivery
to the right mixer.

SFI is suited to flour and similar ingredients that can be loosened with air and conveyed pneumatically. It is an option for materials you use in larger, recurring quantities. Your daily consumption, delivery schedule and number of receiving stations determine the useful storage capacity.

A tanker or conveying system fills the silo; a filter separates the ingredient from the conveying air. At discharge, alternating aeration zones loosen the material so it can enter the transport line. Storage and material flow are designed together, so the silo becomes an active supply point for your bakery.

We connect that supply to your weighing hoppers. Pipe routes, conveying capacity and available space are planned around the mixers and production areas you actually use. That matters just as much when adding capacity to an existing plant as when building a new one.

MVR: the step between bags and bulk storage.

For ingredients used in medium quantities, MVR combines dedicated storage with dosing. A BagDump bag emptying station feeds the vessel, while aeration and vibration help the ingredient discharge. It is a separate solution for the quantities and material behaviour of these ingredients; the SFI sizing below applies to the silo range.

WHAT YOUR STORAGE SYSTEM NEEDS TO DO

Fit storage into your building.

Modular sections let us adapt storage volume to the available floor area and height. Material choices include stainless steel and aluminium with coated steel components. We establish a layout that gives you useful capacity while leaving room for filling and servicing.

Know what remains.

Optional silo weighing shows the remaining quantity in the control system. Your team can see which ingredients are available and which need replenishing, giving production and purchasing a common view of stock.

Supply one route—or several.

Fill-pressure monitoring, overfill protection, jet filtration and dual discharge can be selected to suit your deliveries and production routes. The right combination depends on how the silo is filled and where the ingredient needs to go.

Add screening to the material path.

An optional SIF.3 screening machine separates foreign material and helps loosen lumps as the ingredient moves through the conveying line. Screen selection and capacity are matched to the product, so screening fits into the flow of production.

SFI / SIZING AND OPTIONS

The capacity you need.
The space you have.

A silo’s volume alone does not tell you how much ingredient it will hold. Bulk density changes the usable capacity. We work from your ingredients and consumption to select the footprint, height and conveying arrangement.

Use these dimensions to assess the space available. We confirm the chosen size and options together during planning.

CONNECTED WITH PATRIQ

One ingredient store.
Connected production.

Patriq turns recipe quantities into dosing jobs: which ingredient, how much and where it is needed. It coordinates shared conveying routes and brings the returned weighing results into the batch record. Operators can follow supply and dosing within the same production workflow.

We can connect existing silos and conveying equipment from all brands. Add storage where you need capacity, retain equipment that still does its job, and bring both under a common control system.

FROM RECIPE TO PRODUCTION.
